The aim of TMR real estate projects is to develop infrastructure and construction in mountain areas. TMR takes advantage of its unique location in the region of the High and Low Tatras.
TMR’s strategy in this segment is mainly the construction and sale of flats and non-residential premises. In addition to these projects, the necessary infrastructure for the natural development of tourism is also being built in the following areas – cableways, networks, tracks, information boards, etc. TMR focuses exclusively on traditional, already urbanised areas, where sport and tourism have a history going back many decades.
