OPINION OF SATISFIED CLIENT
We wanted to invest in a piece of recreational real estate in 2018. As we are all keen skiers in our family, we were looking for something in a bigger ski resort with a ski-in/ski-out location. The locality and the project partner (developer) were the most important criteria. We chose the ski resort of Jasná, which is operated by Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. Having the developer and the resort operator rolled in one is probably the biggest benefit.
The complex approach of the company as for utilisation of the real estate and related services helped us decide. For us, it is an investment combined with pleasure.
It took about one year to take over the suite. When making up our mind, we saw concrete foundations of the object. One year later, we could enjoy the first skiing adventures while staying in our own suite. The company was more than helpful. Discussions about the way of financing, suite inspections, the suite takeover, prompt solving of complaints.
Our suite was fully equipped and furnished when given to us. We could use it immediately.
Services related to the suite management are also important, including cleaning, solving small problems, etc. After sending an email, it usually takes a maximum of 24 hours to receive a response or to have the problem solved.
If there was an opportunity to cooperate with the same partner and buy a real property in the area of the High Tatras, we would consider it.
