The aim of TMR real estate projects is to develop infrastructure and construction in mountain areas. TMR takes advantage of its unique location in the region of the High and Low Tatras. TMR’s strategy in this segment is mainly the construction and sale of apartments and non-residential premises.

In the first year after entering into the purchase agreement and subsequently as long as you enter into an utilisation agreement with us, you will become a member of the TMR PRIVILEGE OWNERS CLUB. Membership provides the owner of the apartment with benefits in the form of the possibility to use services provided by TMR or other partner companies under preferential conditions or with a discount. You will be a member of the club for the entire duration of the utilisation contract.

In 2018, we were thinking about investing in a vacation property. As we are all skiers in the family, we were looking for a property in a larger resort with walking distance to the slopes. One of the most important criteria for us was the location and the partner (developer) of the project. We decided on the Jasná ski resort, which is operated by Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. The combination of the developer in one person with the operator of the resort is probably the biggest benefit.
